The staff was not helpful at all. The room was very dirty. We literally found a dead cockroach in one of the beds. They hadn't turned on the water heater so we had to shower with cold water. The bathroom was full of hair, feces and sand from the previous guests. The towels were different, one big and one too small. Simplicity was rusty, we didn't have a remote for the air conditioner, the fridge didn't work.
