Apartment in Central Plaza

Great location and service, the rooms had everything we needed.

Great location in Sunny beach - easy to find, very quick response from the host, easy access and extremely good prices. Modern and very thoughtful design of the entire apartment. All necessary utilities, 100m away. from the central pedestrian area, the best restaurants and the sea, but at the same time a very quiet and peaceful place with a wonderful clean pool and a well-kept garden. There are free parking spaces nearby, there is a paid municipal parking lot in front of the hotel at a very good price - only BGN 12 per day. I will definitely book it again on my next trip.

The staff reception was great. The apartment is very nice and big and accommodated our big family of 7. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, eat and drink. The apartment is very close to the beach, markets, restaurants, clubs and bars.

The pool was big and fun but it closed at 7pm and we couldn't swim at night but we respected the rules and regulations.

The location is really good. The parking area is maybe the cheapest in Sunny beach - 6 €/24 hours. The hotel is calm and safe. The rooms were spacious and there were 2 bathrooms, which is really rare and brings comfort to another level, especially if you have a big family with small children.

There were no complains.

I'd like to say something good, I really do. But I can't find anything. Honest review will help others avoid this town or city, or whatever it is. So please read the next part.

What can I say? I only had one night, and I needed it to sleep. The city was terribly dirty and noisy. The facilities are made just to suck your money. Nobody speaks English at this place, and it is the tourist location. It looks like the city wasn't repaired or managed for a lot of years. The apartment and the placement fit the city: the floor was dirty, the kitchenettes were too. Towels and sheets were ok. In the cabinets you can find the rest of the food of the previous guests. And it all wasn't a cheap choice. The parking is municipal and costs 10 lev. And you can't leave it at 7 or 8 o'clock despite what the security said to you. I had no other choice than to leave the money in the door and leave the parking by the "back entry". And these problems weren't the single ones. We were hoping to go to see the sea in the evening, but the overall expression of the place outweighed any desire to make this. It was just a big disappointment. I believe that some people can have fun in this place, but I'm and my family aren't these people.
