Vinci Apartman

The staff was really helpful and nice. They gave us the best room for our anniversary. It was wonderful.

We booked the hotel, because it gives kid's cots, but unfortunately, the kid's cot was not available, while it was broken and we had to sleep with the 9 -month baby between us so that he won't fall from the bed. It was uncomfortable.

am hauptlatz. sehr gutes bett,die polster allerdings dünn.wasserkocher,kaffeautomat im flur,kleine spüle. der vermieter bat um anruf kurz vor ankunft,um uns den parkplatz zu zu weisen.sein zettel,von dem er meinte,er würde die parkgebühr ersetzten,ist nichts wert-man muß zahlen(allerdings nur ca 50 ct). wir vermissten kleiderhaken für unsere winterkleidung-er versprach,solche zu montieren!

The only redeeming point - the location. In the middle of city centre.

1. The property has no stairs. If you have heavy luggage and have no strength to carry up many flights of stairs, don’t book. 2. The manager carried our luggage up on day 1 and promised to help us carry them down when we checked out. He was uncontactable. Don’t pay up in full on the first day so that he has to appear on the last day to collect payment. 3. He promised to give us free parking. But he was uncontainable and we were fined on the first day. He said he would pay the fine. We hope he did. 4. He directed us to a parking lot and gave us a pamphlet to put on the dashboard. And we still got a fine. If we had paid the parking on the meter it would have been a fraction of the fine. We couldn’t contact him at all. 5. The fridge had a sour smell. 6. The towels had more holes than a net. 7. We were given 3 packets of shampoo. There were 3 of us and we stayed for 5 nights. 8. We ran out of toilet paper and had to borrow from our neighbour. 9. In the 5 days, we asked for room service and only received it once on day 2. The rubbish bins were overflowing and we were running out of toilet paper. 10. The room smelled of smoke. 11. There were dirty socks and dirty laundry in the cupboard when we checked in. They were removed after we flagged it out to them. 12. The manager made a lot of promises but was uncontactable after day 3.

Szuper helyen van...konkrétan a főtéren és innen minden elérhető volt számunkra anélkül hogy kocsiba ültünk volna...

A parkolás hétköznap fizetendő a környéken erre számítani kell vagy kicsit messzebb lehet találni ingyenes lehetőséget.
