Beautiful property with beautiful views!We contacted Caroline to see if we could arrive earlier as we were in Mumbles earlier than expected and she replied almost straight away and said we could get into the property earlier which we really appreciated!

The bed was uncomfortable and could really do with being changed,faeces and urine on toilet seat so had clearly been missed by the cleaners (decided to clean this myself as Caroline had told us she had just came out of hospital and didn't want to disturb her)Had to open the door for a parcel delivery for Caroline,messaged Caroline to let her know she had parcels just incase they were important,had no message back then later that evening we heard the adjoining door open and somebody walk through the annexe hallway to retrieve the parcels which we thought was totally unacceptable been as we had paid for full use of the annexe and dont expect somebody to walk through it as and when they like!I suffer from anxiety so knowing that someone could just walk into the property whenever they liked made be have 2 sleepless nights due to feeling anxious!I emailed Caroline as soon as I got home to let her know how we felt as I thought it was the decent thing to do but as I haven't had a reply yet (emailed Sunday 20th)iv decided to put a review up!

Excellent location. Near to all amenities. A very comfortable place to stay.

There was nothing to dislike, it was clean, comfortable and cosy. It was a great location for getting to the sea front and walking with the dog. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone and hopefully we will get back there again.
