Great location. Self contained apartment adjoining owners property. Private. Like a home from home. Sweet host. 10 minute walk to centre of Mumbles. Short driving distance to all of the Gowers beautiful sights. It was a perfect base for our family holiday to the Mumbles, The Gower.

The location of the property was perfect for our stay with easy access to The Mumbles and especially onto the Gower. The inside of the property was nice and enabled us to be self sufficient during our stay. The use of the garden was good especially with taking our dog away for a holiday with us.

As in previous comments the drive was a little tight, even with reversing in was a little difficult driving out of especially if you have a larger car. Although advertised as dog friendly, we may have missed in the small print an excess charge of £10 a night, I just think this should be an addition to add on when paying for the accommodation at time of booking.

Attention to detail was lacking. Property was on a step incline with a tight parking space. No welcome pack, so be aware. The garden has some spectacular views, although we didn't feel we could sit in the garden as the furniture required some TLC. All in all good value for money.

Lovely property in an excellent location both for the Mumbles and to explore Gower coast and beaches which was the purpose of the trip to take my puppy to a sandy beach for the first time. I enjoyed the split level which was also good for my puppy to experience. The shower was amazing and much needed as I was fairly shattered. Excellent information provided on local facilities and very grateful for Caroline spending the time to inform about Oxwich beach which we went to twice.
