The size of the room, the fact that it has a small kitchen and kitchen appliances. I loved the remote controlled rgb lights. The bed is very big and comfortable. It has a big couch as well

The fact that you can hear everything from the hallway and the other apartments and can also be heard

Location is good.

The place/ apartment needs a renovation and a good cleaning. The door on the bathroom is with a see-through glass not suitable for a family, maybe for a couple.
