We were more than happy with our stay at Arlerhof. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home, and we truly appreciated the family-like feeling. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. Sauna is romantic with natural cool shower. A great option is to buy fresh eggs and delicious homemade sausages. In overall, a wonderful experience and accommodation what we can recommend to anybody.

"Stay of family of 5"

The owners are very nice people. The owner's wife washed our daughters teddy bear. Lungau card was included. Comfortable beds. Even though the place is near the road it was not noisy. Nets in the windows. Well equiped playground.

Noisy floor, light in the bathroom was with timer so it was funny when it switched off while having a shower 😅

"Bad"

We arrived at 9 pm, the owner led us into the apartment and tried to explain in German that we had to close the windows because hornets might fly in. The owners, to our amazement, were happy about this, saying that they had a hornet's nest at the back of the house, because that way there were no mosquitoes. However, due to the fact that some of us are allergic, we considered it a threat to life. We went to bed, in the morning by mutual agreement cancelling further reservations. The owners offered us another apartment with mosquito nets in the windows, but due to allergies we did not accept the offer and left the apartment at 9 am the next day. We paid for one night, although there were grounds to demand a refund. But the bad mark is for the fact that we did not get a full refund, because we were deducted some 50 euros for cleaning (the owner cleans herself). This made us pay 176 euros for one uneventful night in an apartment with closed windows (second half of August, hot weather).

"Cozy place"

It was incredibly cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The cat and chiken and the kids were so cute and friendly. Enjoyed our stay so much.
