Fantastic apartment, Fabio the owner was exceptionally helpful with excellent communication. Fabio also stocked the fridge with ham, cheese and cured meets. He also left us a bottle of wine, pasta, sauce etc. Great location 20 min Walt to the water taxi. The apartment also has a wide balcony that surrounds the apartment, so always somewhere sunny to sit.

Very lovely apartment with a great balcony. Fantastic art deco bedroom! Also amazingly well equipped kitchen, with lots of complementary food!

The beds are very soft , which is probably what Italian guests prefer, but for people with back problems it is not optimal.

"A great place to stay to explore Venice"

The property was lovely! Very light and bright, quiet and with fabulous furniture. There was everything we needed - and more! We arrived early and were happily accommodated and the owner provided food and wine for us which was such a lovely touch. Highly recommend.

Nothing to complain about but a more powerful shower would have made this place perfect! That said, the shower was still absolutely fine.
