Water pressure could be better. I am 1.9 m tall and it's hard to get fully wet with low pressure shower No wifi! - really? In this day and age!

I like everything about the appartement it's well located just by the beach, the appartment is bigger and beautiful than how it was on photo, the most enjoyable part was the big friday street market, the appartment worth every cent I paid

Very disappointed - No Wi-Fi. To my surprise, the reply I got from the owner acted asking for the Wi-Fi password was “no” - Owner borderline rude and messy. Pushing us to leave very early in the morning because another person was coming in. And, anywhere in the booking said the time to check out and the owner did not ask in advance or said in advance at what time to leave. - Not properly cleaned: sticky and dusty floors, bad smell, sofa stained with a pee-like smell. The kitchen with leftover food. - Uncomfortable very old mattress - Not even left the basics as toilet paper - Sockets coming out of the wall which is very dangerous. - Spiders and insects everywhere.

If you come to Ventimille for a family holiday at the sea, this is an extremely well-priced option. A very pleasant free public beach (if you don't mind gravel, and there are two showers) and a private one are just 50 meters away, as well as the convenient seaside promenade. A good supermarket is in 800 meters. Parking in the next street is free; there are many cars, but we didn't find problems parking some 150 meters from the house. You can have breakfast or dinner with a view on the sea at the balcony. The apartment is really cozy, neat and friendly. There were also beach towels offered which was very nice.

There is no WiFi. You might be used to the idea that it's a default option, but pay attention to the fact that it is not in the description of the apartment. The inverter electric stove is a great tool but very non-intuitive for control and there is no instruction for it. Also, it does not work with half of the pans offered.
