I liked how it was secluded and the view to the dam.

the fact that there is no Wi-Fi, dinning room doesn’t have a curtain and during sunset the sun is just a lot inside the dinning room and their geyser constantly change water temperature while bathing from hot to cold

The was no hot water. 😢😢😢Took a cold shower twice. There was no complimentary coffee nor tea ingredients. For 2,5k per night, this was quite disappointing.

Location and apartment was great

Staff approach, cleanliness, comfortable bed, & quietness. Easy to reach on directions. Parking.

The pool wasn't clean.

The securities were very helpful and did their best to give us as much information as possible compared to the actual workers.

Personally I believe the place is overpriced especially because the pool and other facilities are being shared with day visitors. We booked for a sunset massage and the lady came late and without a partner. There was no communication about it. The place especially the bath tub and room were not as clean as I had hoped. The breakfast price is ridiculously charged at a high cost. The bed was so hard not comfortable at all.
