"A lovely property in a Joyous Village!"

Villajoyosa = Village of Joy! As the name suggests, this is truly a joyous village, not (for the most part) tainted by the concrete monstrosities that have tragically ruined much of the Costa Blanca. This property is located a short walk from the beach, and the views from the terrace are magnificent. I could have spent hours sitting on the terrace, watching the boats, the surfers, and the changing light. The apartment was fully functional and comfortable. No complaints whatsoever.

The breakfast was mediocre, but for 8 Euros, it was acceptable. Parking was somewhat distant, and in the summer I suspect it would be very difficult.

Desayuno bien ubicación excelente, no es la primera vez que reservo en esos apartamentos

La atención telefónica,Intenté comunicarme el día anterior tres veces y fue imposible , primera no contestan, segunda que llame en 10 minutos, tercera que no me pueden atender están atendiendo reservas, a todo esto diciendo ambas veces que tenía reserva para los dos días siguientes.

"A great disappointment after last year's visit."

The cleanliness, the views, and the position. Brigitte on reception is outstanding!

The lift in the adjoining hotel was out of order for the entirety of our 9 night stay, which meant that we could not access the facilities listed for our apartment, including the restaurant, indoor pool and fitness room, as well as the roof terrace. Also the apartments are not wheelchair friendly as stated. Also there is an active building site adjacent to the building, which is in its early stages. Management were completely unhelpful, but booking.com are investigating further!
