ATB, Ático en primera línea en casco antiguo Villajoyosa

This property is in an amazing location, right on the beach, we couldn't have asked for better from that point of view. The terrace is an amazing size with great views. There is a lift in the building which was great as our apartment was on the 4th floor. Helpful amenities such as a washing machine and air conditioning. Wifi worked well. Good shower. We were very happy here.

Some of the furniture was a bit run down, there was a broken armchair which had just been covered up with a throw. There was patio furniture left on the terrace which looked like maybe it was left for our use but a lot of it was broken. It was clean enough but not spotless. There were towels left on the terrace drying which we weren't sure if they were for us so just some lack of clarity and lack of nice touches. We ended up finding some other towels in the cupboard but they were all quite old and scratchy and the bath mat looked very old. It was a more expensive booking and so perhaps for the money we might have expected just a little more value.
