Matteo was great, met as soon as I arrived, fast wi-fi .... pitch black at night and the doors meant I couldn't hear anything outside, big bonus. Lovely view. Excellent air-con .... did exactly what it says on the tin.

It was horrible !!! . Dirty cloths in the pot at the sink . Old scruffy plate rack . No kettle . Coffee machine with old water left in it . Had Plummer as soon as arrival , due to the shower leaking downstairs . Loose taps on the bathroom sink . We will not stay here again . Stairs to studio were very high . Not for people with weak knees .

Location was ideal for what we needed - easy access to pre-planned wedding events in the town. FoC parking nearby. Great beach front location.

Bit smaller than expected with no privacy for the toilet. Very steep staircase to access apartment so would not recommend for children, elderly or infirm.

View to the beach from balcony, clean and tidy space, contact with helpful Matteo who was housekeeper, all necessary stuff to prepare meal. Matteo even gave us beach umbrella and deckchairs! Villajoyosa is cool spot to check amazing beach and surrounding attractions.

It is just above beach bars so once there was drunk guy downstairs who was shouting for no reason for couple of minutes in the night. Only one thing which could be improved is ambient softer light inside - but that's just a tiny thing:)
