Dobře vybavený čistý byt ve výborné lokalitě. Blízko ke krásným plážím, večer kousek do centra s obchody a restauracemi. Velkou výhodou je prostorné a chladné soukromé parkování a nejvíce jsme ocenili super terasu!! Velké díky Stefanovi za skvělou komunikaci a ochotu poradit a pomoci v každé situaci.

La posizione è eccellente, comoda per raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse della zona. L’ambiente è pulito e accogliente.. Un grande punto a favore è il parcheggio privato, comodissimo e sicuro, che ha reso gli spostamenti molto più semplici. Un grazie speciale al proprietario, sempre disponibile, cordiale e pronto a fornire consigli utili o a risolvere qualsiasi esigenza. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e spero di poter tornare presto!

"Vacanze a luglio a Villasimius"

La vicinanza al centro paese è ottima per passeggiate serali nella via principale che diventa pedonale dopo le 19.30. Appartamento come da descrizione sul sito. Non manca veramente nulla. Sul terrazzo si pranza e si cena comodamente. Stefano ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste rispondendo immediatamente. Ci sentiamo tranquillamente di consigliare questo appartamento. Parcheggio riservato coperto e fresco. Ristoranti e pizzerie nelle immediate vicinanze. Grazie Stefano
