Apartments by Townhouse

The location was great for us as it was very near family we were seeing. It was a comfy well equipped unit. I wish we could have stayed longer than one night to get the most from it.

Only minor things down to my personal taste.

Great location close to shopping and dining options. On site parking was handy. Unit was very cosy and comfortable.

Fridge was leaking on arrival and door hinge came off on exiting the apartment. Both were reported to staff upon vacating so hopefully are fixed.

Broken door to the bathroom, lights not working, tv remote with flat battery.

It was clean. The main bedroom's bed was very comfortable and the windows have a blind and blackout curtains so it made the room very dark, which was important to me after and 18 hour drive with a bad back. The staff were very friendly and responsive. It's in a central location to everything in town. The private courtyard was a plus but would be much more useful with a roof or some kind of shelter from the sun & rain. Private laundry with dryer and clothes line were great 👍

There were redback spiders everywhere in the courtyard, under the outdoor tables and chairs, on the fence, under the bbq, under the outdoor table and chairs at the front and back doors and in the laundry. Upon notification, someone did come to spray them very promptly but didn't do an efficient job. It could be very dangerous if you had young children staying there.

Oven element didn’t work but I reported it

Clean, tidy and central location.

The bathroom fan was right above the shower which made showering uncomfortable.
