Der Ausblick vom Balkon über die Dächer von Warnemünde war sehr schön. Das Badezimmer war sauber. Reklamation bezüglich der nicht so optimalen Sauberkeit wurde sehr positiv von der Vermieterin aufgenommen und Abhilfe geschaffen. Die Lage war super!!!

Es fehlt an Gemütlichkeit. Besonders im Schlafzimmer. Der Preis für die Wäschepakete war zu hoch. Die Bettwäsche war qualitativ nicht mehr schön.

Beim Service ist noch Luft nach oben. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn in der Wohnung schon einige Informationen über den Ort vorhanden gewesen wären. Die Schränke waren mit Kissen, Decken und Wäsche vollgestopft, dass wir für unsere Kleidung kaum Platz hatten.

Sehr schöner Balkon, tolle Küche und super, dass es ein zweites Bett im "Spitzdach" gab. Auch die Garderobe am Eingang finde ich super, da so alle schmutzigen Schuhe eine Treppe tiefer blieben. Schöne ruhige Nebenstraße und doch mitten im Zentrum.

Man muss halt Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitbringen, weil das Ausleihen doch ziemlich teuer ist. Ein zweiter Schlüssel sollte eigentlich auch vorhanden sein, weil so viel Spontanität verloren geht. Vielleicht ginge auch ein Zahlenschloss...

Sehr sauber und gepflegt., Ausstattung gut. Alles da was man benötigt. Kaffeemaschine, Herd mit Ofen, Wasserkocher .. Lage wunderbar .In wenigen Minuten ist man an der Ostsee. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin verlief einwandfrei. Alle wichtigen Infos werden nach der Buchung per WhatsApp vermittelt.

Spülmittel, Schwamm, sowie Geschirrtuch waren nicht vorhanden. Seifenspender war leer. Für Wäschepaket - Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden 24 Euro pro Person berechnet. Aus diesem Grund haben wir Wäsche mitgebracht aus der Heimat.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. In drei Minuten Fußmarsch nach links steht man am Strand, in fünf Minuten nach rechts hat man Geschäfte zum Bummeln, Cafés, ... Und natürlich ist der Alte Strom auch nur wenige Schritte entfernt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht um ein paar Tage Warnemünde zu genießen.

Parkmöglichkeiten sind leider nicht direkt am Haus. Aber ein Parkplatz kann in der Umgebung gemietet werden.
