"Ein wunderschönes Plätzchen zum Genießen und erholen."

Tolle und persönliche Kommunikation im Vorfeld, sehr schön eingerichtet und die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Mein persönlicher Lieblingsplatz ist der Esstisch. Man hat einen tollen Blick und kann das Treiben draußen beobachten. Einfach herrlich.

So so schön dort !

Wir fanden es ein wenig ungewohnt die nette Dame die sich anscheinend um das Haus kümmert gleich neben an auf dem selben Balkon zu haben - es hatte etwas ungewohntes und wenig Privatsphäre .

Schnuckelige Ferienwohnung mit großem Balkon und mit tollem Ausblick. Stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gute Erstausstattung mit Kaffee, Tee etc. und Willkommensgruß. Sehr sauber. Strand, Bäckerei, Geschäfte, Restaurants fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Es gibt kaum Parkmöglichkeiten im Umfeld - was aber vorher bekannt war. Wir hatten dann ein ca. 1 km entferntes Parkhaus genutzt.

Die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Inneneinrichtung sprich Möblierung, Küchengeräte und der Renovierungszustand sind einfach außergewöhnlich. Schon von außen ist das Kapitänshaus und dessen Vorgarten eine Augenweide. Es ist eines der häufigsten Fotomotive am Strom, viele Passanten bleiben schon mal stehen und fotografieren den Garten, die Pflanzen und das Haus.

Der Preis, selbst für diese Lage, war schon sehr sportlich.

"Beautiful harbour side residence with all mod cons"

Beautiful one bedroom apartment right by the waterside. Kitchen well appointed with SMEG appliances Bathroom lovely and modern with a huge shower Owner was welcoming and despite language challenges allowed us to leave our bags a little earlier.

Nothing! I might suggest looking at the upstairs apartments as they have balconies and our little patio whilst lovely was very overlooked by all the people passing by (many of whom stopped to take photos because the house is so picturesque). An iron would have been nice.
