King Street Apartments

Large apartment with two areas (upstairs/downstairs). Good location.

The apartment is showing its age - carpet stains, minor broken window shadows and dripping shower head / toilet.

Collection of keys was quite a distance from the property and I had travelled on the train, no car. A lockbox would have been preferable.

Cleanliness was not as the reviews said. Found a kitchen that had oil splats all over flashback. A cupboard with coke or coffee spilled all over it, old towel lying around and previous occupants cap left on lounge room floor. All this made us feel that only the beds were changed. I contacted the owners but they were not very interested in hearing about it and I felt very disappointed .

Location was fabulous close to alot of amenities. The accommodation was new fresh and super clean would stay again good value for money

Nothing was a great stay just to short
