"Okay accommodation let down by poor customer service."

Location just off the great ocean road, near shops and pub. Quite spacious for our group of 5, with 2 bathrooms. Comfortable beds.

The bathroom had been recently refurbished and looked lovely but the toilet wasn’t properly fixed to the floor and my husband fell off it. We reported it immediately and were accused of vandalism by the staff. There was no overhead lightbulb in the bedroom fitting and lightbulbs missing in lounge/diner making it feel badly maintained. Only 2 large mugs and 5 glasses. I fed that back to reception (prior to the toilet incident) and she didn’t seem interested at all. Key collection was a 5 minute drive away, okay for us as we had a car.
