The cleanliness, view over the sea and the fact that everything was really up to date and new.

Pillows were too high. Some noise from entertainment centre below. No dishcloth or scourer provided.

The property is of an exceptional standard. It was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The apartment had tasteful Christmas decorations and we were left a bottle of champagne on arrival ready for new year celebrations. The balcony and view was fabulous. I cannot rate this property highly enough.

There was nothing to dislike.

everything, the layout to the furnishings to the view to the location, we fault any of it.

Single bed very firm, pillows to firm.

The view is STUNNING - sunsets, waves, surfers, sky, vast changing panorama to enjoy in rain or shine. The apartment is SUPERIOR QUALITY with large deck, fantastically equipped kitchen, lovely large bathroom, open plan with lots of space and tastefully and thoughtfully designed - its better than the pictures which were already great. Westward Ho! would not be my destination of choice, but the apartment is a 5 star Haven there and a good spot to explore the area from and place to come home to. ...The entertainment centre was not an issue at all. There was also the bonus of a high quality Tesco extra with wide range within walking distance (better than the Bideford Morrisons). We had a fantastic time and memorable stay. It is probably the most inspiring place I have stayed in the UK.

- I did not like that I messaged and asked about whether there were basic supplies (eg tea, coffee, washing up liquid, cloth, tea towels, salt and pepper, kitchen towel) and was told there was Nothing and we should bring everything needed.....we were surprised but went and bought those basics on the way down...only to find it all there! What a waste of time and effort. I messaged after my stay to give the feedback. There was an apology and I was told the website would be updated, but a month later I see no update for future customers. For me these details are important and should be clear. -For me, the pillows were too bulky and bedding too hot - I took off my duvet cover and put a small cushion in my pillow slip. The bedding was new, but I feel not a great choice.
