Well-appointed flat in a brilliant location and very clean. Having a parking space was a great bonus, and close to all amenities.

The creaking floorboards need sorting, especially at night when up for the toilet, as this disturbed sleep.

The location of this apartment is perfect. It allowed us coastal walks , metro into Newcastle and even a park opposite for the little one. The apartment was roomy , decorated to a high standard and very clean . There's a parking spot at the rear and a permit so another car can park at the front . The parking is a huge plus as it's a residents only zone .
