Отличное место и студия,чтобы пожить в кипрском посёлке, увидеть его настоящую жизнь и выезжать на лучшие пляжи. Машина стоит прямо под дверью, все рядом- заправка в 300 метрах, лавка со свежей рыбой, круглосуточная пекарня. Еще за углом по направлению к заправке ЕСО хороший магазин, про него не писали, а он новый и совсем рядом,там можно купить все,чтобы не идти в жару в супермаркеты! Тихо и безопасно! Очень красивое побережье около Ксилофагу,до моря 2,6 км от студии, там маленькие бухты для купания и волшебные закаты... Семья,которая нас принимала-наша любовь, очень порядочные, добрые молодые люди❤! Они очень тактичные и всегда помогут в любом вопросе! Смотрите фото, студия точно такая, все вопросы мы обсудили после бронирования заранее и это был лучший отдых. Увезли с собой ваше тепло, благодарим за всё и будем мечтать приехать сюда еще💌💌💌!

We arrived in Cyprus late at night -well past midnight- and yet we were warmly welcomed by the lovely host family at this apartment. Their kindness made a huge impression on us, especially after a long day of travel. They waited for us with such a warm attitude and genuine smiles, and even their sweet little daughter kindly showed us around and explained the details of the apartment. It was such a touching and memorable welcome. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great -ideal for exploring the beautiful beaches on this side of the island- and having a place to park our car on the property was also a big plus. Above all, we’re truly thankful for the warmth and generosity of this family. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even at such a late hour. It was, without a doubt, the perfect start to our trip around this beautiful island -and we would absolutely choose them again if we return to this part of Cyprus. The hosts took care of everything for me, a lovely apartment, and the owners of the apartment even more so! There is a bus outside the apartment to Ayia Napa and also to Larnaca, the location is very convenient

Mario is a great guy, very friendly and helpful, ready to explain everything in details. The place is a great value for money. It's located in a very calm and friendly area a bit far from touristic locations but it makes it more attractive in case you want to escape crowded places and relax more. If you have a car rented, it is very close to drive to the famous Ayia Napa beaches and also not far from Larnaca airport.

Lovely studio flat, decorated with care. Great location if you wish to stay away from bigger cities and enjoy a calmer time. We were here off season, and could spend days hiking by the sea almost completely alone.

It was quite cold inside, had to keep a jacket on all the time. But we were there on february, it's definitely fine at summer

The place is comfortable, and Mario is very kind person. Additionally, the best spots on the island are just a 15- to 20-minute drive away.

Everything was fine for the price-quality.
