Location and the staff are very friendly and helpful

I liked everything. The host "Lisa" ensured to create such an atmosphere to her guests as they were at their home... 1. The kitchen was occupied with all of the required equipment that the family wished to use 2. Comfortable beds and very clean sheets 3. Free sauna 4. Summer cards were included 5. No air-conditioning, but the air circulation from the windows is more than enough. Also, fans were provided too 6. Two showers and two toilets 7. Excellent location 8. Free parking Note 1. Lisa has a small office, and she is available for the guests 2. I contacted Lisa at a late time, and she replied to me immediately

There are things I feel that needs improvement 1. The Internet was a bit slow 2. Pest control, that doesn't mean the accommodation was not clean

The apartment was absolutely fantastic - spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to all the major sights and attractions. Lisa was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient and luxurious place to stay.

There was some noise from the road next to the apartment, but our 2nd apartment which was on the other side was perfect

Lovely place, in 5 min skilift. Parking place right in front and après ski bar around corner.

Modern, clean and very well equipped. Sauna in the flat was great. Lisa was very friendly and helpful in answering any questions. Daily bread delivery service from local bakery was really helpful. We had a late flight and were allowed to check out late afternoon which allowed us to ski on our day of departure. Apartment is 10 minutes walk from the AreitXpress lift and a bus stop to Kaprun/Kitzsteinhorn glacier is just up the road.
