Appartements Steiner - SKI IN - SKI OUT

Location was excellent. The terrace was lovely. Beds were really comfortable

Excellent location opposite the City Xpress lift, ski hire and ski schools and a few minutes walk to the town centre/restaurants. Very well run establishment with very comfortable beds/duvets. The shower was lovely and warm and powerful. The coffee machine with a few coffee pods and dishwasher with dishwasher powder were nice touches. The kitchen was very well appointed.

Would have liked a two seat sofa in the lounge instead of two sets but a minor issue.

Views from apartment, cosy, comfy beds, nice TV and sauna. Mr Steiner v helpful and friendly. Near Kaprun for cross country.

Great Value, Great Location

The place is let down by confusing apartment design; living room needs a sofa/chill out zone to relax after skiing. Sofa is strangely in the bedroom(!) while kitchen occupies the main gangway and can feel very cramped. Pictures of apartment 1 should be clearer about the layout.

The attitude of a host was unacceptable, very condensing, unpleasant.

Good location for the Ironman 70.3 Zell am See because close to the registration area and finish line. About 20 minutes walk to the swim start (in Schmitten). Close to 2 supermarkets and far enough away from any town center noise. Private parking at the back of the house. Friendly and helpful owner.

No mosquito screen in front of the windows and since it was warm (and no AC) it's difficult to cool down the apartment without letting mosquitos in. No shower curtain so difficult to take a shower without making water puddles on the bathroom floor. Use of the garden and beautiful owner's pool during the hot days would be a selling point but are unfortunately not for guests. Wifi is quite unstable in the apartment on the 3rd floor.
