"We had a great time in Zell am See."

Location was excellent. We only ate in the hotel on two occassions. Once for dinner and once for breakfast. The evening meal was quite expensive so we ate elsewhere for the rest of the week. The Spa area was wonderful.

The third bedroom in the apartment could have been bigger. The pictures were misleading.

"Wonderful place to stay, central and well equipped"

The apartment was very clean and we loved its close proximity to the Lake and city centre. Two good sized double bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen facilities were good and staff very welcoming and helpful. The Summer and mobility cards were such a great addition, enabling us to travel to Kaprun, up the mountain and to the dam. Free access to pools , sauna and steam room linked to the hotel next door. This is just a fantastic place to stay!

The raised door saddles, a trip hazard!

"Fine for a base, not quite luxury"

Right in the middle of town. Staff were very friendly. Free shuttle to lift. Use of spa and swimming pool was nice.

Not great facilities. Most of the apartments have dishwashers. This one didn't. No tea towel and not enough cleaning products provided. Didn't come until day before we left so felt a little unclean. Out of the 4 apartments we have stayed in at zell am see this felt the most dated and had the least facilities in the apartment itself. That being said, it was a good base.

Lovely , comfortable , well equipped apartment with added bonus of swimming pool sauna and jacuzzi and also bikes from the hotel . Friendly family run hotel . Staff excellent . Beautiful , cosy hotel . Excellent location .
