Property was immaculately clean. Beautiful decor. Everything we needed. Stunning Mountain View’s. Lovely helpful host. We all loved the games room!

Julia was Very friendly, great place very well located, it is near to a-shopping center 10 to 15 minutes walk,and you have direct access to the amazing nature around. The apartment is very clean. The location is very nice... ‎‏We traveled with our kids. The landlord is super nice. It was a wonderful stay and we will certainly return.

The location is good, and pretty close to the train station, which we used a couple of times :-) The view from the Livingroom, over the mountains is incredible :-)

There are in periods, some noise from the airport - but not a big issue.

The building have two ground appartments with easy access and nice terrace. Our appartment was really clean and spacious with two bedrooms. The location is on a quiet area with no buildings near the terrace side which provided lovely view to the mountains. It is on a short drive to couple of grocery stores and restaurants. Nice if you want to avoid the crowded areas in Zell Am See with easy exit to nearby villages and attractions. The kitchen was well equipped while the washing machine was on the basement. The kids used the play area on the basement but we didn't had the chance to use the sauna room. We had a chance to meet the host Julia and she was really nice.

The apartment is well located, outside of the busy area of Zell am See. The location is perfect if you're looking for a quiet neighbourhood but still within reach of all the attractions. Getting around to the lake, Kaprun or Bruck by bike was easy and much less stressful than using a car. There's a spacious garage to use and plenty of space to even park outside as well. The view to the mountains from inside was amazing and the two terraces were more than enough to be outside. The living room was the most comfortable place in there, spacious with nice, comfy and practical furnitures. And kudos for the big play room in the basement with table tennis, pool table and much more. Our host, Julia was really nice, easy to communicate with and reliable.

There's not much to pick, in general we had a good time here. The beds and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable and less noisy but these things are subject to personal preference. The fan in the bathroom is built in the shared wall of the smaller room so it can get noisy, it'd be better having a separate switch to control it like in the toilet.

Situated in a quiet village just outside Zell am See, Julia’s place is ideally located to explore the Austrian Alps. Very well equipped and with comfortable beds. Beautiful view from the rear of the property and a private patio with furniture to spend warm evenings. Very useful that the property has laundry facilities, a games room and comes with the ‘Zell am See/Kaprun Card’ which gives free or discounted use of local facilities including cable cars. The location is also extremely quiet which is a bonus for light sleepers!
