The apartments are only cleaned at the end of the stay. The apartments do not offer air conditioning. Please note that upon arrival you need to park your car at the backside of the apartment house and drive down in the Karl Flieher street and turn right directly behind the house. (GPS coordinates 47.304153 12.793314) Please also note that parking is limited. You can arrive with a maximum of 2 cars if you book the Alm 1 or Alm 2 Apartment and with a maximum of 1 car if you book the Alm 3 Apartment. No additional cars are possible.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
