Ski and Lake View Apartment

Apartment was clean, comfortable and in a good location. Host was easy to contact and replied promptly. X box was a great addition, kids had fun with that as we don't have one at home.

I cant think of anything wrong really, it was all perfect for our first family ski trip.

Central location. Very good kitchen equipment, dishwasher, washing machine. Board games. We were able to check in early

Communicating with the host was very difficult. We were able to get an early checkin, but it took a lot of back-and-forth communication. We also tried to add two more people to the booking last minute (the apartment has space for 8) and were met with a wall of hostility. I completely understand having to pay tourist tax for the extra people, but 70 EUR for two sets of linen is a bit excessive. The bathroom and shower are in dire need of a renovation. Property listing advertised ski room, but a cold storage area in the basement is not a ski room! Ski room is somewhere where you can also dry your boots.

Very good apartment. Close to the ski lift and nice view over the lake from the balcony.

The toilet. very old and dripping after the flush. the handle get stuck so you need to pull it up so it stop dripping.
