Very clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet residential area, with lovely views.

It would be useful to have a mirror in the bedroom

Check in was seamless, host was ready to receive us, and gave us an introduction of the home and surrounding area. Location is 10 mins to Zell Am See city centre, and 10mins walk to Areit express ski lift. Host was very friendly, rooms are really clean and cosy! Super lovely place!

Nothing! Terrible place!

This hotel is a nightmare. The owner was incredibly rude and hostile, showing zero respect for guests. She interrupted our calls, hung up on us without any explanation, and even harassed us with unpleasant, aggressive emails. This place clearly doesn’t care about hospitality. I should have read the other bad reviews upfront, they are true. If you value friendliness and professionalism, avoid this hotel at all costs.

Spacious, well equipped, warm apartment within easy reach of the slopes and a scenic walk to town

The apartment is superb. Very well furnished and equipped, comfortable and in a convenient position. The highlight is definitely view of Kitzsteinhorn. Bus/skibus stop and some restaurants are in a short walk distance. If you wanna enjoy your peace and quiet but still have everything on hand, this is a very nice place to stay. Don't be afraid about the trains, almost unnoticeable. The ski-room with heated boots hanger is available as well.

The apartment was very nice, comfortable and spacious. A very useful kitchen with lots of appliances. Despite the proximity of the railway, there was no disturbing noise. At the same time, a beautiful view of the mountains and the vicinity of the lake was provided.
