"Bad Schandau liegt optimal als Ausgangspunkt zu Wanderungen im Elbsandstein. War wieder echt toll!"

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Direkt am Park und nur wenige Schritte zur Kirnitschbahn. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hat zwei Bäder und 3 WC´s. Zum Einkaufen kann man gut zu Fuß gehen. Die Stadtmitte ist nicht weit. Top Lage.

Tolle Lage und 3 min zur Kirnitzschstrassenbahn. Wir waren auf dem Malerweg unterwegs und haben uns in der schönen Wohnung für die eine Übernachtung sehr wohl gefühlt.

"Nur 3 Parkplätze für alle und keine nutzbare Be- und Entladefläche"

Die Unterkunft war gut eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten. Die Lage in Bad Schandau ist ebenfalls gut.

Die Parkplatzsituation entsprach leider nicht der Darstellung in der Anzeige. Für alle Ferienwohnungen stehen nur drei Parkplätze zur Verfügung, und die ausgewiesene Be- und Entladefläche war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts dauerhaft durch parkende Fahrzeuge blockiert. Dadurch mussten Gepäck und Einkäufe regelmäßig weit getragen werden. Die Kommunikation hierzu empfand ich als wenig hilfreich, da trotz mehrfacher Hinweise keine praktische Lösung geschaffen wurde. Auch nach Einschaltung von Booking wurde aus meiner Sicht nicht eingesehen, dass die Parkplatzsituation und deren Darstellung für Gäste missverständlich sind. Zusätzlich gab es in der Küche kaum Stauraum für Lebensmittel, teilweise war Geschirr verschmutzt im Schrank (besonders das Backblech), und die Lampen in der Wohnung flackerten regelmäßig.

"Es gibt einige Kleinigkeitenen,aber ich empfehle diese Apartment für angenehme Reise und kurzen Urlaub."

Tolle Lage und gute Ausstattung

Der Wasserkocher ist leider kaputt. Außerdem ist der Stuhl im Schlafzimmer neben dem Schminktisch defekt und muss repariert werden.In Wohnzimmer an dem Wand ist Schimmel ,also benötigt dieser Wand ( Steinwand) spezielle Reinigung.

"Ruhige Lage"
