Absolutamente nada, el administrador del apto de forma irresponsable y arbitraria cancelo mi reserva, seguramente porque la había sobrevendido a un mejor precio, y cuando llegue a las 11pm de la noche al lugar, con mi familia , me entero que no tenia reserva, y el administrador con su cinismo y apatía sostenía que él había informado por la plataforma de Booking, cuando todo era embustes. Desde este lugar tuve que contactar a servicio al cliente de esta app con quien conversé y después de confirmar todo este suceso espero sancionen a este tipo de arrendadores.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, muy bien dotado y demasiado limpio.

Se reservó con tiempo para temporada baja, sin embargo coincidió con un partido de la Selección Colombia, entonces al hacer cualquier pregunta que yo clasifico como normal y en la que estaba dispuesto a recibir cualquier respuesta, siempre me respondían con un tono un poco grosero y con insinuación de que me podían devolver la plata dado que era temporada alta y lo podían alquilar por mayor valor.
