apartment was in great location

Could do with an update and the view is blocked by the closed in balcony windows and it makes the apartment very hot During our stay the pool was closed which we were not informed about Also the tv does not have any English speaking channels and Maichel who met us on arrival doesn't speak English either so obviously he didn't understand us or vise versa

This apartment ruined my all vacation.

There was strong mildew stink and also sewer stinks and that smell didint disappear even run the water. I am super sensitive to mildew and stink of ammonia and also I have asthma and my air ways will swell that bad I can not breathe. It is very dangerous to me and I couldnt be in this apartment even half hour. I told this right away to host but he did nothing!!! He denied the whole thing and said there was no mold in the apartment and claimed that the apartment met health standards. I got so bad asthma breathing seizures here. I have to even sleep in balcony!! So I could breathe. I had to transfet the bed mattress to the floor so my head is in balcony in fresh air. So I can breathe here!

Estaba todo muy deteriorado, la puerta del baño, arañada, la cocina vieja, el microondas muy incómodo, toallas olían mal, las tuve que lavar, plato de ducha viejo y sucio. Mucho dinero para lo mal que está. Lo único, la ubicación.
