Everything, about this apartment was fabulous. The location couldn't have been better. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. Gavin was there when we arrived and gave us a tour of the apartment and beautiful swimming pools. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. The beds were so comfy. Gavin couldn't do enough for us , he even gave us the contact details for a hairdresser a few doors away. This was before we had even arrived, as we had a wedding and needed to have appointments sorted before hand. Nothing was too much trouble. There was also a lovely bottle of wine awaiting our arrival. Book this apartment, you will not be disappointed.

Everything. Beautiful apartment, well equipped, thought of everything. Great location. Great air conditioning, spacious, comfortable beds. Extremely clean. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Highly recommend and will return. Loved it. Fantastic host, thank you.

An amazing, spacious apartment in an excellent location, close to the beach, amenities, restaurants etc. and public transport to nearby towns. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-equipped with good WiFi and a comfortable double bed. Appreciate the wine, milk, water, tea, coffee etc. left in the apartment. Very impressed with the decor. Gavin is an excellent host.

Great location. The Avenida has a good selection of restaurants and local bars

Slightly noisy as on busy road and local property renovations going on. Nothing that really affected our stay.

Lovely spacious apartment. Apartment and complex was spotless. Great location for the beach, Supermarket and restaurants. Gavin is really great host. Couldn't do enough for us. He had tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a bottle of wine left for us. It was our second time staying in this apartment. We love the garden walk to the pool. Quite complex at night.

"A home from home"

This apartment is absolutely perfect - the balcony has a great view of the avenue. Gavin met us upon arrival & was so friendly and helpful. He left us some start off supplies of coffee, tea, milk, water & a lovely chilled bottle of Rioja Blanco. Extremely comfortable bed & great to have 2 bathrooms!!! Everything you need is supplied and the location is central to the fabulous restaurants on Avenida de Las Palmeras. Mercadona supermarket is just a few minutes walk away., as is the bus stop. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away. We will definitely be returning!!!!
