Tout était parfait. On voit que le propriétaire prend soin de son appartement.

Great location, close to lots of shops and more. Clean and had the right amenities to live and cook with/for a small family. Apartment seems to be renovated recently.

Walls are a bit thin and neighbour noise is a thing, but if you can use earplugs it’s fine. I had no issue with it, but it may be a dealbreaker for others. The apartment itself is in a building frequented or inhabited by people with diverse cultural backgrounds. Last, it’s not necessarily a walking distance to the seashore but doable nevertheless. Best to have a car though.

Hyvällä paikalla, Mercadona kauppa n. 100 m ja junalle 10 min kävely. Rauhallista aluetta. Asunto pieni ja siisti. Omistaja hyvin tavoitettavissa.

Näkymä suoraan vastapäiseen taloon. Sohva epäsiisti muuten siistissä asunnossa, omistaja kertoi vaihtavansa sohvan uuteen. Aikainen lähtöaika klo 10 harmillinen.

Das Appartement war toll ausgestattet und wirklich extrem sauber, was mir persönlich immer sehr wichtig ist. Die Wege zum Einkaufen, sowie zu verschiedenen Bushaltestellen waren kurz und somit auch für Leute mit eingeschränkter Beweglichkeit sehr gut zu erreichen. Ich kam von dort überall hin wo ich hin wollte. Der Kontakt mit Carlos war immer freundlich und ich habe mich auch als Alleinreisende sehr gut aufgehoben und sicher gefühlt. Ein super Ort zum Entspannen und Abschalten.

Good location for access to train and bus routes plus many bars and restaurants nearby . Great facilities all-round with very effective air-con and a good shower. Proximity to the nearby park.

Minor points: Not much sound dampening so you need to have good neighbours. No on-site baggage storage facility. The dinnerware would benefit from having cereal bowls (maybe something more relevant for UK travellers) rather than just pasta bowls. Would have been nice to have access to a couple of light folding chairs to use in the garden or take to the beach. UK visitors might find the toaster initially a bit strange!
