The view was fabulous ! It's quite spacious ! The ambience is great and you have all the necessary equipments you need. The caretaker is just a call away.

So, considering the climate was cool, we expected hot water, likely, the caretaker was a calk away however he didnt solve our problem, instead we were told water system in entire Spain works like this, we knew he was bluffing since we had already travelled cities and then come to Malaga. So that affects the trust in the owner

The place was very clean and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen . The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable and there was lots of closet space. We also enjoyed the balcony in the morning and lunch time and had a nice view of the sea. This apartment was well suited for 4 people as there were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was spacious. The host and his parents were very responsive when we had questions. We were also close to the bus stop and the boardwalk along the sea. As well, two grocery stores were within 10 minutes walking distance.

As there is a busy street in front of the place, it can be noisy if outdoors. When checking out, if you have a car, you need to use the key at the gate and park outside the complex. You then have to bring the keys back to the apartment. If you’re on foot, and you don’t want to bring back the keys to the apartment, you can use another exit without the keys but then you have to carry your luggage down the stairs.

Excellent comfortable apartments near the sea. Very clean. We found everything we needed. Parking is convenient and safe. You can have breakfast in a nearby café, although the apartments also have all the accessories. Many thanks to the wonderful hosts. We hope to come back someday

Great location and very helpful hosts

Very kind and attentive hosts. The apartment is well equipped, very clean, comfortable, and cozy. We only stayed here for two days at the end of our tour of southern Spain before flying home. I heartily recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Benalmadena. It was a great place to relax and unwind. As we have friends living here, we may return again. Thank you to the host and his very kind parents who gave us the keys to the apartment. They were very kind!
