Appartement Val Rose II, 11de verdieping

Had a great view, quite clean

1. When we got there, the elevator was not working, we took the stairs to the 11th floor with luggage. The elevator was working on the second try, when trying to go down, but we got stuck in it. So it was taking the stairs from there on. The hotel said it’s not in their control, but this is good to note, you might have to climb the stairs to the 11th floor. 2. There was no soap, shower gel or coffee. The only complementary thing were dish washing liquid and towels/sponges, a bit of a subtle way of saying “we only care about you cleaning after yourself, not cleaning yourself.” 3. They are super adamant about you taking the trash out. There are 5 different flyers with instructions about how to take the trash out (btw, you have to pay to dispose of your trash), and they will ask you about this on the checkout. In fact they will not ask you how was the stay but whether you took out the trash. I mean, I get that you should take your own trash out, but it feels like it’s all they care about.

La taxe séjour 12€ non précisé, balcon pas propre, pas de café ni thé sur place. Point à améliorer je trouve. Le reste Super.

Spectacular view. Good size appartment. Linked to the hotel where you pick up keys and can buy breakfast (very good). You can also use swimming pool and wellness for free - this was a nice extra. Staff very polite and helpful.

The appartment was only partially renovated so it still has the 70's vibe. Bathroom is very small. During long weekend expensive for what it offers.

L'emplacement est idéal et la vue est splendide du 11e étage! Les appartements W&P sont toujours top et bien agencés/équipés.

Nous n'avons pas du tout aimé la literie. Au Flower c'était top mais ici le matelas de la chambre est hyyyyyper mou, on a eu très mal au dos.

Ліфт і комунікація з готелем. Квартира в окремому від готелю будинку на 11 поверсі, ліфт неймовірно маленький. Сталась неприємна ситуація: брат застряг в ліфті, як тільки той почав підніматися. Я намагалась звʼязатися з готелем, писала через додаток, але досі мої повідомлення так і не прочитані. Він просидів в ліфті більше години! Ми намагались викликати сервісну службу, розмовляли з сусідами, які намагались допомогти чимось, але допомоги від готелю 0. За словами мешканців будинку - це постійна проблема з ліфтом, про яку ніде не сказано!
