lack of cleaning on the outside terrace at the back of the flat, even the entrance door in my opinion should be changed as it does not have great security, even the interior condition of the flat, a little degraded, it is a pity because the flat has great potential.

Property is on a second floor to access the listing we have to take stairs that are small and dark. I almost fell and got myself hurt because the stair on the way down the lights are almost null. This is a serious safety risk.

The heat didn't work in the winter this is not ok

The wY to get it to the apartment was not so clear

This is an apartment that can be either perfect or poor, depending on the kind of stay you are planning. The location is the best part, right next to the beach and boardwalk. Beautiful view from the window, and a large main room to hang out in. If you are a company of friends planning on eating out most of the time, this will be a good choice to stay. For families or older people - less so.

The apartment is clearly only made for subletting, with very modest furniture and only a few things in the kitchen. The handle on the inside of the door was almost falling off. The bedrooms face the back, and while you can open doors/windows there it is onto an escape staircase, so not something that should be left open at night. Most frustrating was the poor information from the host. A very sparse note that was difficult to understand, and which stated the key could be ound in a postbox with the apartment name. This wa sincorrect, there was no name on the box, only a number and it was only by trial and error that it was found. It was also difficult to understand how to find the apartment, as the elevator did not lead to it - you had to go by the stairs in the back. Note that parking can be difficult to find during daytime, so arrive after 17 if possible (or early in the moring).
