La ubicación y la vista. Está a una cuadra del Obelisco. Hay mucho movimiento a todas horas y es fácil encontrar transporte para las diferentes zonas.

No pude conectar el TV a YouTube (salía error). Pero es lo de menos, porque el resto estuvo 10 puntos.
