"Worth it"

Convenient to deal with the host. Easy and direct instruction to check in and out. The host is very considerable. Got lift. They provide iron, telekung & sejadah also.

The view and location

Communication. Staff was rather rude. I was being shouted at for interrupting her with phone calls . She should just switch her phone to silent mode if she doesn't want to be disturbed while in a meeting. She should know how to behave and speak in a proper manner instead.

Place is nice and peaceful. The value with money is perfect and reasonable.

The sink drainage clogged causing small flood outside the kitchen balcony. Beds feel like they got the mites. Would be great if only place when there are people, if not should be removed because it causes the dusty smell.

This is the first time I am leaving a post-stay review, as I usually do not write reviews for hotels or homestays. My main dissatisfaction was that the host only sent the check-in information at around 11 p.m. on the night before departure, even though I had informed the host earlier that I needed to drive very early the next morning and had requested the details in advance. I had to proactively contact the host again to ask for the check-in information. That said, the check-in process itself was eventually smooth and simple. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities provided were complete.

"Great place to stay with great views!"

Amazing view and lots of space! Could spend a week here :-) Easy walking distance to food (at the Bukit Fraser food court area) and to many of the hikes etc around the area. Easy parking. Highly recommended.

The balcony with comfortable table and chairs that is perfect for a nice, quiet breakfast with a scenic view, not something that can be found in KL

Water heater was not hot enough, perhaps thicker curtains to provide a bit more privacy for the unit facing the road. Apart from that, very comfortable stay

I like the scenary at the balcony

There was no carpet at sofa area make our foot feel more cold at night. No face tissue. The comforter a little bit too thin for the cold weather and raining season now
