Apartamentos Vistalmar Mallorca

Location was fine, good to have parking next to Apartment.

Our room was not totally clean, I had dirty towel prepared on my bed. Walls in building are really thin..you can hear everything so not sure why cleaner needs to clean stairs at 8am.

Location and parking are good there.

The Apartment is not clean, or maybe it is because needs renovation. Floor, chairs feels sticky. Kid hurted his hand to the water tap in bathroom. Its sharp. There's any sound isolation, someone was speaking phone very loud at night and it felt like in our room. The Apartment is not so light as in photos. Ir should be way cheaper than it is.

I liked that we were a short drive from the beaches, but that is just about it.

There was a parking lot available but we had to use street parking. The sound echoes throughout the hotel and the other guests were very loud, including a baby that screamed for 2/4 nights and the entire hotel could hear that. Only slept well for 1/4 nights because of all the sounds. I normally wouldn’t fault the hotel but they can definitely make some upgrades to help soundproofing. The bathroom smelled like sewerage the whole time we were there. Hot water basically never worked. Wouldn’t stay here again, mainly because of how noisy the place is.

Nice, clean apartment, good service, air conditioning in each room. Good view, comfortable location. Quick reaction from the staff on requests.

Balcony barriers could be a little higher.
