La ubicación, vistas y accesibilidad excelentes.

Los muebles no eran tal cual las fotos que se muestran. La mesa del comedor y la heladera no estaban en muy buen estado, y había mata cucarachas a la vista.

In a great location.

WE DID NOT STAY as the apartment is a RISK to HEALTH - fungal spores, mold everywhere. VillasCalador / Investa (Marina area) who manage the property finally responded after 2 days, sent in a "cleaner" but no change to the situation which requires professional mold remediation specialist/ defumigation. They refuse any compensation, Booking.com not responsive.

La ubicaciòn es excelente por la playa y por la zona comercial cercana

La propiedad no estaba bien mantenida, tenìa un poco de humedad en el baño, la cocina no estaba muy completa, las luces del cuarto no funcionaban, y la cortina estaba rota.

The location is good, close to the beach and to the main street with restaurants. Also ground floor with exit to grass

First of all, the poor maintenance, outlets and light that doesn't work. This place needs renovation. No basics are supplied: only one toilet paper roll for a week! No soaps , no trash bags. We had to buy everything ourselves. No customer service, I sent messages that were answered only after I contacted booking.com support. Many sewer insects and sometimes even sewer smell. No air-conditioning in the bedroom. We were given 3 pillows for 4 people and despite our request - nothing added. No parking on the property while street parking is very limited. Some dirty linen.

Great location, good apartment for two people

Swimming suits were stolen from the dryer outside in the backyard. A few big cockroaches were found in the bedroom.
