Szép, tiszta, felszerelt, kényelmes, ízlésesen berendezett, hangulatos kis lakás, nagyon cuki erkéllyel, bájos, csendes lakótelepen.

Kár, hogy a hálószoba nincs teljesen leválasztva a nappaliról, és hogy a szobában csak légkondicionálóval lehet fűteni, és nincs inkább egy elektromos fűtőpanel.
