Location was great, thought parking was going to a issue but it was not at all. The place was neat and tidy.

Sofa bed, very thin mattress. Not comfortable at all.

Great view to Hagley Park from the balcony. The apartment is nice and clean. Within the walking distance to the Riverside Market and the city centre.

The apartment was well situated opposite parkland and sports facilities and an easy walk into town

A couple of flights of stairs to carry luggage up to reach it !!

The location and the facilities

You need to purchase some coasters to protect the coffee table (we used the chopping board) so that the coffee table was not damaged. A dish cloth to mop up any spillages, we had to use a spare tea towel. The flat is very hot even with the air con on, and the bedroom window cannot be left open as the road is so noisy. A fan in the bedroom would be lovely.
