"Great location in Christchurch for a quick stay!"

Great apartment on the north side of downtown Christchurch, near Regent St. It was easy to find and pretty quiet after 10pm even on a busy street. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything you would need and the bedrooms/bathrooms were lovely. We liked the proximity to many restaurants and cafes before we headed to the airport.

It was in our notes for how to access the property, but there is no elevator, it is a walk up to Level 2 (3rd floor), so just be aware of that with luggage and there were many codes we needed to access various things.

Immaculately cleaned, heated towel rails, has everything you need. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Off street parking was great and felt secure and safe.

"It felt like a home away from home."

Luxurious in that host had lots of table dishes, cooking, baking & serving dishes, dishwasher & laundry soaps, paper towel, parchment paper, garbage bags, some condiments, etc. Large kitchen with island and lots of counter space. Large living room. Large windows & balcony. Great location for walking in central downtown and catching buses. Well insulated from noise and light blocking drapes.

Bedrooms were small. There was no room for a dresser or anything but the comfy beds & spacious night tables. Closets were big, but only room for 1 suitcase in each and master bedroom closet shelving full of extra bedding & towels.
