"Lovely, modern, well equipped and wam apartment walking distance from Christchurch cbd and shops"

The shower was one of the best I have ever had, bathroom was warm and spacious, kitchen well equipped Parking convenient

The bedroom was a bit small for travellers with big suitcases like ours

"EXCELLENT, PERFECT"

Location is 5min walk: from #8 bus stop coming from airport, to tram ticket office, to bus interchange/intercity departing point/fresh choice supermarket, from tram stop#6, depatment stores/restaurants. Accomodation is like a 5star hotel and very spacious for a couple, with complete amenities.

Bed pillow is too plumpy.

房間非常乾淨，不論是房間、客廳、廁所或是廚房的用品都很乾淨，使用起來心情很舒服。 有獨立臥室，很安靜，床鋪也非常舒服。 房間窗戶望出去，就是公園，視野很舒服；雖然是在一樓會有路人經過，但因為經過人不會很多，我和家人還蠻喜歡可以看到外面情況的感覺的。 地點：非常方便，走路就可以有很多餐廳選擇，也可以到購物區閒晃。

短時間內如果用太多熱水，需要再等兩個小時，才會再有熱水。 我的情況是，大約洗15～20分鐘的熱水澡，熱水就會被用光。

"Great location but needs to improve on cleanliness and organisation. Worst we've stayed in sorry."

Location is fantastic, bed comfy, nice roomy bathroom, chocolates, bottled water and milk nice touch

The overall cleanliness and storage organisation was poor. Living Room privacy and Bedroom WR issues, bed too big for room. There are scratches/marks all over walls, heat pump filters filthy(cleaned them, now heat pump works!), living room rug needs a professional clean, dirty linen stuffed in hall cupb'd, why ?? Spare towels in entertainment unit, why? TV screen dirty, thick dust behind bed, laundry and other cupb'ds unorganised/jumble, Coffee ancient, ridiculous cabinet in Entry/Hallway full of cleaning products! Entire unit needs a thorough spring clean and paint. Owner lets himself in before we had left! Self cleaned by owner! Sorry for the rant but needs to do better.

Great location, nicely appointed apartment. Easy check in and check out, parking right outside. Nice welcome with milk, water and chocolates. Overall a great place to see when visiting Christchurch.
