Airport accommodation

The house was spacious and good location. Good big TV and we liked that there was toys and high chair for the little ones.

Cleanliness was terrible, there was cobwebs, dirt, etc. throughout. The kitchen and dining floor are very sticky. the bottom of the ensuite shower door was pink with mold and filthy. Sheets had black hairs stuck to them. The kitchen drawer underneath the oven had rodent feces. There was no dish brush, only a big stack of filthy used sponges in a filthy holder, the oven trays were dirty, and there wasn't even one teaspoon in the house. Nothing to dry your hands on in bathrooms, only one tea towel. No facecloths, only one towel per person. The backyard was unkempt. We were slightly late in checking out as we had slept in, which is our fault, but a lady showed up 5 mins after checkout time with a huge attitude and couldn't even speak English, she kept ranting in Japanese which we obviously couldn't understand and when we said we would be out in 10 minutes she repeatedly knocked on the door to rant in Japanese and gesture again which made our leaving take even longer. She was extremely rude, and her gestures weren't appreciated.

Very convenient easy to find. Great contact with owner re keys etc.

Everything was awesome we absolutely enjoyed our stay so handy to the airport. So spacious .
