Golden Sun Apartment -Two bedrooms, Three bedrooms

The premises were clean, tidy and lovely and warm (it was very cold in Christchurch for us visiting from the far north). It was an excellent location because it was in walking distance to the shops and cafes and the airport. It was also easy to get to the city and where we wanted to go.

Easy to get to shops . Loads of space

Very comfortable beds, extra blankets available. Good pressure with showers. Extra crockery, cutlery. Opposite a small shopping complex including a large supermarket, a range of restaurants & cafes. Quiet.

Unfortunately the pull-out bed was far too hard for my grand-daughter to sleep on. Needs a topper for it. A lack of suitable kitchen ware e.g. bigger range of saucepans/bowls for cooking. Operating instructions (in English), for all appliances is a necessity. We had difficulties with the washing machine/dryer as there was no available instructions.

Hi spec property. Extremely clean - spotless. Very good location, Exceeded expectations.

There is nothing I didnt like. A cheese grater would have been handy, but it was not a major.

The hosts were very attentive and helpful. Would definitely suggest this place to families. Lovely and warm. Great facilities and close to restaurants, cinema, supermarket etc we were very impressed.
