A hidden gem in a lesser-known town, off the beaten path. The photos don't do justice. The small apartment is calm and quiet , clean and tidy, and beautifully decorated. I even found my favourite book on the shelves and read it during our stay. The generous continental breakfast is a massive bonus.

It was a very comfortable and spacious apartment that was easy to move around and well equipped.

The suite was spacious and very well appointed. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the large lounge. It is a short walk from Queen’s Park and a short drive to the main shopping area. The bed was comfortable.

Not a biggie, but it would have been nice to have a table and chairs to eat meals on.

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was provided and the rooms were very comfortable. The house cat, a Birman, is very cute. A quiet and convenient location close to the city center and lovely Botanical Gardens. Well worth considering for a stay in Invercargill.

It is a beautiful apartment as an annex to a beautiful house. Tastefully decorated, with everything we needed for a 2 night stay, racks for luggage, space for clothes, a gorgeous living room, kitchenette and bathroom - a real sense of space. The view from the bedroom over the garden was lovely, roses peeping through the window. We didn't need a hob to cook on. As well as all that we were supplied with breakfast - cereal, milk, yogurt, bread, butter jam, orange juice, and plenty of fruit. So generous!

Sad to leave it!

The place was very spacious and comfortable with a lovely garden.

The breakfast that "was included" contained of few pieces of bread, butter, jam, peanut butter and 2 small yogurts. So to say that it was" including breakfast" was a little misleading. We had breakfast in town.

Very spacious studio with everything we needed. Great kitchenette. Comfortable and in lovely garden surroundings. For us it was close to family, city centre, and Park.
