-lit confortable -calme et propre -eau potable fournis -excellent déjeuner (100 pesos) grosse assiette -location de 2 vélos sur place (100 pesos) -cuisine apprécié -air climatisé et wifi fonctionnait bien -prix

-Faible débit d’eau dans la douche -pas d’endroit pour être dehors (terrasse, chaise etc) nous le savions en réservant mais sa nous a manqué finalement donc a prendre en compte. -emplacement convenable mais sans kart on doit prendre vélo et taxi.

Kitchen has all equipment you need. Location is close to big supermarket. Breakfast every day yummy (you can choose from about 10 different)

Water in barrel had weird taste (like gum or plastic). Bed was REALLY too much soft and small for 2 ppl. Bicycles was supposed to be in price,but owner wrote,that situation changed and we have to pay for it. (Because ppl destroyed them,so he needs money to keep them in good conditions.)

This was such a sweet apartment to stay in with literally every little detail you could possibly think of! Excellently equipped kitchen and such lovely friendly thoughtful staff!!!! Great location too…away from the hectic north overrun with tourists! Beds comfortable, great aircon and lots of hot water! They even provide you with a coffee machine coffee, sugar and spices and cooking oil/salt! They thought of everything even a vacuum cleaner! It is also close to supermarket!

The location, actually. It's further away from the annoying turistic places, in an area where locals live. The supermarket is also quite near. Bike rental for free. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen. Fresh water in the barrel

1. Stream of water from the shower was weak, wasnt really good for washing hair. 2. The tires of the bikes were puncured, deflated. So even though they inflated the tires after we returned them (which we appretiate), they got deflated again pretty quickly

The sweetest host! This was my daughter’s favorite place we stayed in our two weeks on Isla Mujeres. We loved being in lees touristy and more local neighborhood. Great stay!

The breakfast was fenomenal and considering thr prices of the island, a huge plus. The room is nice and having AC and a small kitchen was convenient. Being able to use bikes for free was good.

The bathroom had a very foul smell but that wasn’t the biggest issue. The sweetest, most beautiful dog was tied up in the back the entire three days we stayed at the apartment. Every time we passed by she was there by herself, with little room to move or do literally anything. For that reason alone I can’t give any higher rating, the sight of her broke our hearts.

Nice apartment for 2 people but we were 3 so not everything was suitable for 3, for instance the bikes were just 2 and the third bed wasnt really comfortable, otherwise the lady is really nice and breakfast very good!
