Location and the apartment is good. Cleaning staff also very friendly.

The administrator WELCS is the worst. Ask you 250€ of deposit. Sends you tons of confusing emails and links to fill a bunch of stuff. A lot of misleading information. Needed parking space. I got a message that was free. The lady in their office was totally rude and unprepared and tried to charge me 15€ peer day for the parking, did not even know how I should proceed to the place. My family was cooking in the car double parked for a long time and she could not give me any information without take a long time calling other people. Terrible experience. I hope I never cross with this company again.

paid parking even though the apartments are not rented and it is completely empty (december). There is free parking on the street in front of the building.

Awesome shower room. Very comfy double bed. Apartment was easy to keep clean. Brilliant aircon. Dishwasher a bonus! Outside space was also great which we used a lot over our 2 week stay. If you enjoy mainly flat cycling, the whole area is perfect with lots of routes. We brought our 2 electric bikes over from the UK and so glad we did. Some great local restaurants within easy walking/cycling distance.

The handover. Very confusing emails and I was required to download WhatsApp. I was told in one email that I was to pick up the keys from a different location to where we would be staying. This turned out not to be the case. A stressful start to the holiday, after that everything settled down and was ok. Didn’t bother with the private parking as it would have cost another €70 for 2 weeks. Perfectly adequate parking immediately outside the premises.

There is a really good location near the beach, an opportunity to stay with pets, and a parking place on the hotel territory. Very comfortable hotel patio.

second time of staying and everything is perfect

very clean and to a high standard of finish. excellent location, dog friendly with a good size balcony - plus secured parking with gates to boulevard by the beach. extra charge for secure parking - but advantage of European two-pin sockets for topping up EV. bed was comfortable. sea views from all rooms. keysafe to pickup keys. good wifi easy flat walking to restaurants. on Saturdays there is an amazing outdoor market which runs the length of the boulevard.

not enough bowls and knives and forks, meaning you have to use dishwasher more frequently. there could be a box or set of boxes/carriers to sort then dispose of recycling. the bins are very close by.
